Nandadevi - The second highest peak in the Indian Himalayas is boasted by many as one of the most beautiful peaks in the world. Once upon a time,  a part of this mountain range was one of the most important commercial centers with a bustling civilization influenced by the Tibetan culture. as this was the ancient trade route with Tibet. the Nanda Devi Sanctuary located in the Garhwal Himalayas surrounded by 70 white snow-clad, megalithic peaks (many unnamed ones too!). Ronti, Nanda Devi, Nanda-Ghunti and Bethartoli Himal, Hanuman, Mrigtuni, Trishul, to name a few. There is a mention of this cup shaped sanctuary with lush green meadows and cool flowing, pearly white waterfalls and numerous herbs by Sir Edmund Hillary in his autobiography. The Nanda Devi sanctuary is a true Paradise, a true Nature-gifted wilderness. The breathtaking views of those famous peaks gleaming with pure white snow will enchant you forever, and take you to a sort of trance!  Rishi gorge across the River Rishi Ganga is really breathtaking and stupendous. satkula the famous seven cliffs will check once nerves, one can say This trek is partly difficult, partly easy. but must on any adventure seeker n nature lovers wishlist. Taral Khal (4596m) is the highest pass of this trek.
