Overview

This trek commences from Musoorie and takes you to Natwari/sankari which is a full day's drive.Setting off from Sankari, begins the 8 days trekking which takes you through the Himalayan hamlets of Osla and Taluka, to reach Har ki dun lastly. Har ki Dun is also known as Dev Bhoomi or Valley of Gods.It is a part of the Govind wildlife park and sanctury. The valley is surrounded by beautiful pine and deodar forests. Experience the adventure of camping at Har ki dun, just under the towering majesty of the Jaudhar Glacier. Next day, hike to Borasu pass which connects the Sangla valley to Har ki dun. Sangla valley is part of the Kinnaur Himachal which is exotic in it's natural beauty. After Har ki dun, trek to Osla. Though Osla is a nondescript hamlet, it is still famous for the panoramic view of the Swargarohini, Black and Bander peaks, that it offers.After Osla trek to Bali pass and then Yamunotri. It is the source of river Yamuna and is a site of pilgrimage for Hindus. It forms one of the points of the Char Dham Yatra. From here, descend down along the banks of the Yamuna till you reach Uttarkashi. From here drive down to Rishikesh and conclude your journey. This himalayan extravanganza has the right mix of adventure and respite, which is a beckoning idea for anyone waiting to take a break.

  9. Har ki dun to Osla(5 to 6 hrs trek)
  10. Osla to Ruinsara Tal(10 to 11 kms trek)
  11. Ruinsara tal to Foot of Bali(6kms trek)
  12. Foot of bali to bali pass to yumonotri( 9kms trek)
  13. Yamunotri to Janki Chatti to hanuman Chatti (14 kms trek)
  14. Hanuman chatti to Uttarkashi
  15. Uttarkashi to Rishikesh
  16. Rishikesh halt
  17. Rishikesh to delhi
