This is an unique initiative from SUMMITERS to create awareness among children and youth to understand nature and appreciate its diversity. This opportunity to interact with nature encourages and motivates youngsters to understand nature and environment better, and thus helps each individual to become a conservationist and do his/her bit to save Mother Earth. We choose the Diwali vacations for this adventure filled expedition as most youngsters are free from exams and schools/colleges at this point. And what better place to go to than the Satpura National Park, Madhya Pradesh, where nature has found an exquisite expression in myriad enchanting ways. Green shades embrace the mountains and the gentle murmur of flowing water can be heard everywhere. Madhya Pradesh is the state of tiger and we try to spread the message of conservation, which is the need of the hour, especially for endangered species like the tigers. Here the forests are very beautiful and many a rare species of animals, birds, and butterflies are found here. These forests are ideal for forest trekking and jungle-wandering and are specially attractive to those who love nature. We try to kindle the spirit of adventure, leadership and team spirit in youngsters through activities like trekking, camping, Bird watching, Hurdles crossing, Horse riding, rock climbing, stargazing sessions etc., special safety precautions are taken care through out the Camp and on sight first-aid is available all the time.
