Namdapha National Park - A project Tiger Reserve is named after the river Namdapha originating from Daphabum, the highest mountain peak in the Reserve. Almost the whole of the protected area has a dense cover of vegetation with high hills with varying altitude, numerous rivers and seasonal streams. Four big cats viz. tiger, leopard, clouded leopard and snow leopard are existing in the Namdapha. Hoolock Gibbon, Golden Cat, Marbled Cat, Mishmi Takin, Red Namdapha National ParkPanda, Namdapha Flying Squirrel, White Wing Wood Duck, Namdapha Shortwing Bird are indicative of unique faunal diversity of Namdapha.

Day 1 : Reach Guwahati .Overnight journey by train.
Day 2 : Drive to Deban.Halt.
Day 3 : Start early trek to Hornbill Camp halt.
Day 4 : Trek mid way visit to Bulbulia Sulphur - Methane Natural Springs. Reach Firmbase.Camp beside Namdapa river.
Day 5 : Trek down stream cross bamboo bridge visit Lisu tribal villages.Embeong camp.
Day 6 : Trek to Deban enroute cross numerous bridges, pass grasslands,cross hills and dales reach Deban.
Day 7 : Start early reach Tinsukia.Overnight journey to Guwahati by train.
Day 8 : Reach Guwahati.End.
